Return & Refund Policy
At FruityWorld, we take pride in creating premium barber-inspired apparel and accessories made especially for our customers. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before completing a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for items that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at fruityworld03@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return process.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selections made by customers
- Change of mind
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale items or gift cards
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement after reviewing your claim.
Refunds
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Items must still be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
